There are so many circumstances wherein there are just some errors that will occur in any thing. And, payslips will never be an exception to that circumstance. When you receive your payslip and it is not what you have expected, do not rush unto your employer and hit them with your payslips. All you have to do is to check your own record and make sure that your complaint will be valid. Do not complain if you are not even sure with what you are dealing with. Now, when you are sure that there are discrepancies in your payslip, gather all the information or evidence that you have before approaching your employer. Then, when all things are set, go to your employer and tell him your concern politely, take note, do it politely and not in an aggressive manner. For sure, your employer will look over your credits and if he finds it true, he will not ask for an apology and you can now have your fair share of your salary. The next thing that you will have to do is wait for your employer’s decision on what he wants to do regarding that matter. Resolve it within yourself in a likely manner. Commonly, in this case like these, the lacking amount will reflect on your next month’s payslip, which is also a fair thing for you.
