Mobile forms software : Basic Knowledge

Hello! My name is Jessica, and I’m a HR manager of an IT company. Being a human resource manager in a big IT concern, I’ve to record the employee’s satisfaction record as well as their performance appraisal. This also involves a lot of paper work and these paper works need to safely store in a safe place. But in some cases despite taking all the precautionary measures some papers do get misplaced and as a result I’ve to face a lot of trouble. Although an assistant have been provided tome by my company, but I still prefer to do the work on my own. I use a HTC smart phone, which is based on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 and I got an email as a newsletter mentioning about Mobile forms software. It also states that, ‘with this software, you’ll be able to generate an electronic paper and you can also store them like an ordinary computer file. Now I’m totally relieved from the fact that the files or documents will never be misplaced again. Now every thing is under my control and I can access all the data whenever and wherever I can.
