Construction Supplies Company on SAP
Being the executive of a construction company I have gone through so much training through the years. I built this company with blood and sweat. There have been a lot of sacrifices along the way. There was no way that I was going to let the company go down just like that considering the crisis in the economy. I wanted to implement strict measures on how to manage it. I have met people who have taken advantage of the company; their individual gains have been more important than the company. Losing a lot of money from these was the problem and especially losing people with a lot of potential had they done their job differently. Being open to innovation was the key to avoid such mishaps. I found software which can take care of everything and I learned everything through the SAP Training. It has created a detailed function for each of the meticulous work a company needs. The most difficult to manage was money and how detailed and dirty it can be. Financing and payroll accounts have been taken care by SAP. Not everybody knows this software but I have learned about it from a fellow. He directed me to SAP TRAINING9. Hiring young graduates to learn SAP Training was the best move I must say. These yuppies are open to new knowledge and they have less personal interest since they are still proving themselves in the industry. The basic question “What is SAP?” is answered briefly in their orientation and they jump in quickly. I admire the drive and passion of young people and I hope that it does not fade with old age and achievement.
